Every piece of tumbled vintage glass in this collection starts as mid-century material — beach-found glass shards, recovered vintage bottles, and pre-1950s plate glass, all sourced from vintage origins. None of it is manufactured new. It’s tumbled in-house in Brooklyn to a smooth, frosted finish that holds up for jewelry, mosaic work, and display.

Because the source material is vintage glass at its best — thicker, with richer pigmentation than contemporary glass — the result has a depth and luminosity that factory-made craft glass simply doesn’t. That’s the quality argument for tumbled vintage glass: not just that it’s sustainable, but that the material itself is better.
