Shipping policy

Brooklyn Sea Glass ships from Brooklyn, New York. We take care in packing every order to ensure your glass arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are outside our control.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please allow 2 business days for it to appear before contacting us, as postal carriers sometimes scan packages early. If your package has not arrived after 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@brooklynseaglass.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
