Refund policy
At Brooklyn Sea Glass, every piece we offer is hand-selected and carefully described. We stand behind the quality of our inventory and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@brooklynseaglass.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
Return Shipping
Brooklyn Sea Glass covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Restocking
We do not charge a restocking fee. You will receive a full refund of the item price upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@brooklynseaglass.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Final Sale Items
All items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase. Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
