KJ Quinn and Company, Inc. operated out of Malden, Massachusetts, and produced Quintone Scuffy — a liquid shoe polish marketed for scuffed leather with the no-nonsense application instruction shake well before using embossed directly on the bottle. Mid-century shoe polish bottles are a surprisingly underrepresented category in American product glass collecting, and Scuffy is one of the more graphically direct examples: the full product name, use instruction, and manufacturer attribution are all pressed into clear glass in a form small enough to fit in a coat pocket.
