Compañía Ron Carioca operated out of San Juan, Puerto Rico, producing rum during the golden age of Puerto Rican spirits production — a period when Puerto Rican rum held significant share of the American market and Caribbean production was at its mid-century peak. This bottle carries both the Federal Law embossing required of all American-market spirits containers of the era and the full Compañía Ron Carioca San Juan attribution on the base, making it a completely documented piece: manufacturer, origin, regulatory context, and 1952 production date all readable in the glass. The pale green color was characteristic of certain mid-century rum and spirits bottles produced in the Caribbean for the US import market.

Condition is excellent. No chips, cracks, or cloudiness. The green glass is pristine and the embossing is fully readable throughout.
