Hazel Atlas was one of the major American glass manufacturers of the early twentieth century, and this ribbed salt shaker reflects the clean, functional glassware style of the 1930s.

Vertical ribbing runs top to bottom on both the front and back, a design that provided grip as much as visual texture.

Condition shows regular wear with light surface hazing and minor scratching consistent with age. No chips or cracks. The wear is authentic Depression-era patina.

Dimensions: 3.25" H × 3" W | Clear glass | Good condition | Vertical ribbing front and back

This small shaker works well grouped on a Farmhouse kitchen shelf, repurposed as a tiny bud vase, or displayed alongside other Depression-era glass in a Cottagecore collection.

Recovered from New York City's historic shorelines and landfill sites by Brooklyn Sea Glass. Ships carefully packed.
